There's no padded laptop sleeve. A laptop will sit in the main compartment, bring your own sleeve if you're travelling with one.

The rows of webbing across the front let you clip on extra pouches - a first aid kit, a tool roll, a pouch for cables - without them swinging loose. There are velcro panels alongside it for patches. It's the part that lets you set the bag up your way rather than ours.

Wipe the shell down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry fully before you put it away. Don't machine wash it and don't put it in the dryer.
